why this exists
fairway state isn’t about hitting it farther this weekend. it’s about staying in the game — on the course, and everywhere else — for decades, not seasons.
I come from a healthcare background, and I’ve spent years working hands-on as a soft tissue and movement specialist — treating golfers and athletes for a living, not just writing about it.
Every week I see the same story in clinic: someone who used to play three times a week, now down to once a month, because nobody told them this was coming. Their bodies weren’t trained for the long game. They were trained to chase lower scores this season.
These notes exist to close that gap before it costs you the game.
I’ve got my own compromised hip, and I still play. When I say getting older doesn’t mean giving up the game, I’m not selling something — I’m living it. Everything here comes from what I actually use in the clinic.
